The regular fee includes all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, and the excursion. The guest fee for companions covers excursion and dinner. (currency conversion)

Our online conference registration is a 2-step process. Please first register with the conference system and don't forget to list your paper number(s) as given in the conference program. From the registration system, please proceed to the online credit card payment system (incl. a small fee). Registrations are only valid after payment has been received.

Note: Papers without registered presenter will be removed after 15 June 2017.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after 15 June 2017 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter.
