The conference fee includes all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference dinner, but not the short courses. Please click on the link at the bottom of this page to access our online registration system (requires credit card for payment). Registrations are only valid after payment has been received. Any registration related questions should be directed to Benjamin Klein.

Passport and Visa: Every foreign visitor entering the United States must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to a US consular office or diplomatic mission in their home country as soon as possible.

Insurance: The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Conference participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after August 2, 2010 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter sent by the US consulate.
